Lola Blanc and Meagan Elizabeth are the hosts of "Trust Me", a podcast about cults and scams, and are this week’s guests. To help us figure out the gooey center of the Venn diagram formed by cults, cult leaders and scam artists.

Both of the guests we have this week were involuntary cult members (i.e., they were born into them), so they have a unique point of view on what makes them sticky, which is another way of saying how to steer clear of them. Here at What the Hack, we’re all about steering clear of things that cost you in time, agita, and/or money.

“What the Hack with Adam Levin” is available wherever you get your podcasts. If you like it, consider rating us on your favorite podcast service or writing a review. It really helps people find the show.
